Bodyroll is a dance practice pulsing with pure joy. Classes ignite embodied empowerment and energize a cathartic release. The experience is designed to alchemize a playful perspective for rolling, releasing, and reinventing yourself. Together, we’ll tap into the spiral rave through body rolling, movement energetix, embodiment practices, and aerobic dancing. No dance experience is encouraged! No class November 23. Register here.
